Section 508 Compliance Is Trending Up
Are you familiar with Section 508 of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”)? It is a federal law that requires many types of businesses an organizations to be accessible to those with who have disabilities. Each year since the ADA was instated, more businesses are encountering legal actions taken by users who are unable to use their websites.
