Design & Website Development: Most deposits on design and website development projects are non-refundable. However, in some cases, where some work has taken place but is not completed we may issue a partial refund of a deposit for any unused time. Any refunds for design and/or website development time will be handled as fairly as possible, on case-by-case basis.
Printing: We do not offer refunds for printing projects. However, if you are dissatisfied with the condition or quality of your print job, you may request a reprint of your job. All reprint requests should be submitted in writing to support@90degreestaging.mystagingwebsite.com. Reprint requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
